Customising & Configuring Xap's Online Enrolment form

Our flexible enrolment form builder can be used to build enrolment forms tailored to fit your services specific needs without any technical experience required. Keep reading to find out how you can begin to customise the enrolment form:

Step 1: From the menu bar, select settings.

Step 2: Select Customise Enrolment Form

Step 3: Select which fields you would like displayed on the form by ticking the box in the 'Show' column. If you would also like to ensure that the family fill out this information, tick the box under the 'mandatory' column as well.

Note: Grey lock icons indicate a field that cannot be removed or adjusted, these fields are locked to ensure Xap software runs correctly.

Step 4: If you would like to add your own section, click the plus button located at the top of each heading.

Note: Where you select the + button, will depend on where your own section is added. For an example, if you want to add a question under Child information please make sure you click the plus button in this heading.

Step 5: Click on the field you wish to add .

Step 6: in the side pop-out box, complete all relevant information.

Step 7: Add all relevant fields, and at the bottom of the page, you will have the option to download and save the form .

Additionally, if you would like to re-do your enrolment form in the future, there is also an option to restore the form to its original defaults.
