Enrolment Form - Kindergarten Fee Subsidy Eligibility

Overview

This article will assist you with activating and managing the Kindergarten Fee section of the Enrolment form.

To manage this section:

Select the Settings Screen
Select the Customise Enrolment Form icon

Select the Centre Name

Note: If your settings are configured for Organisation or Provider, then this will automatically default. You will only need to select the Centre name if the configuration has been set to Centre.

Select the Child Information section
Select the KIndergarten Fee Subsidy Eligibility section
Tick to Enable the Kindergarten section
This option can be ticked if you would like this section to be mandatory
Default Questions can be unticked if required
Select the Add icon if you would like to create custom questions.

Note: Custom questions will not have an automatic Tag's applied.

Adding a Custom Kindergarten Question

To add in a custom question eg. FTB A/B eligibility.

Select the Add icon if you would like to create custom questions.

Note: Custom questions will not have an automatic Tag's applied.

Select the question type from the drop-down menu.

Kindergarten Subsidy	ESK Grant
Bridging Visa	Aboriginal Early Start Grant
ESK Initiative	Attended an Access to Early Learning Program
Health Care Card	Early Start Kindergarten Grant (Children known to Child protection)
Humanitarian Visa	Eligible for both Aboriginal Early start and Early Start Kindergarten Grants
KFS Eligible
Multiple Birth Child
Pensioner Concession Card
Protection Visa
Refugee Visa
Rescue Visa
Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander
Veteran's Affairs Card
