Guardian - Forgotten your Password

This article will assist you with resetting your password to log into the Guardian Smile app as well as the Guardian web portal.

If you have forgotten your password to log into the Smile app or the Guardian portal you can reset it.

Resetting your Password

If you are on your device, you can reset your password for both the Web Portal and the Smile app by using the forgotten password option.

1. On your device or computer type in xap.rocks and select Forgot our password?

2. Add in your *email address
3. Select send reset email

4. Check your email

From your email account view the email Reset your Password

5. Select the Reset Password button

6. Add in your new password and confirm it underneath
7. Select Continue

Your password has been successfully reset.

8. Select Return to Login

You will then be able to log into the Guardian portal and Smile app using your new password to manage your Account details.
