Guardian Portal - Requesting a change of Permanent bookings


Need to change your child’s regular care days?

You can easily update your child’s permanent care schedule through your Guardian & Carer Web Portal. Just log in and make the changes when it suits you.


Requesting a Change of Permanent Days


  1. Log into your Guardian Web Portal and select the Waitlist & Tours Screen
  2. Select the Green + add button


  1. Select Existing Child
  2. Select the name of the child who is changing bookings
  3. Select Save



  1. Check and each section of the Enrolment form for existing details eg. Guardian, Child, Nominee information and select Save & Next for each section.
  2. Within the Days/Program section select Permanent
  3. Select the Room/Program for your child
  4. Select the New Booking Start Date
  5. Select the New Booking details
Note: If your child is increasing days eg. Current booking is Monday, Tuesday and you are adding a permanent Wednesday, select Mon, Tue & Wed for the booking request.
  1. Select Submit



The Service will receive your change of booking request, and an offer will be sent to you to accept.
Note: Your Booking hasn't been automatically changed, you will need to wait for approval from the Service.



Accepting the Offer


The Service will send you an Offer for the change of Booking request.

  1. To update your new permanent booking request Accept the Offer via the Waitlist & Tours screen.



  1. Select Confirm



Re-checking your Child's Enrolment Form


Once you have confirmed the services offer for the change of permanent bookings, you will be directed to the full enrolment form.

This provides you with the ability to Update & Confirm your Families information for e.g. Nominees, Medical details and permissions.

  1. Check & confirm each section, selecting Save & Next
  2. Select Submit



Booking pattern has been updated and will display the status as Enroled once approved by the Service.



Viewing the change of bookings


You will be able to view the change of bookings via the Web portal and the Smile app within the Bookings Tab.
