How to approve or reject booking requests?



You can approve/reject bookings in bulk in both enterprise access and centre access mode.


Step 1: Click on the Booking & Attendance icon from the left hand side menu.




Step 2: Click on the Bookings tab from the top menu bar.



You can use advanced filter to refine booking records by booking status "Pending".




**Step 3: ** Once you have selected the records, click on bulk action and select approve/reject option.





**Step 4: ** From the panel on the right side, type the message to the guardian (optional) and click on confirm button to approve or reject the booking.
