How to create a new waitlist application

Xap offers a comprehensive wait-list feature that can be used to streamline the enrolment process from start to finish. New Waiting list applications can be managed in Xap via an enterprise or centre level access. Find out how to create a new wait-list application from enterprise or centre level below!

Step 1: Select the waiting list icon from the main menu.

Step 2: Click on the green + button.

Step 3: Enter the information for the family

Note: If completing this from enterprise access, please select the centre you would like to add the child to

Step 4: Once you have entered in the relevant information, click 'Save'.
