How to Embed the EOI Form Widget to your Website

This help document will show you where to find the i frame needed to embed the Expression of Interest (EOI) onto your website. Once the form has been embedded, parents will be able to apply to attend your service directly from your website. If you are using a website designer to assist you with your website creation, they will likely ask you to provide the i Frame.

Step 1: Select Settings

Step 2: Select Wait-List Configuration

Step 3: Select Links & Descriptions

Step 4: Select Copy i frame

Once you select Copy i frame, the link will be copied to your clip board you can now paste the link into an email to send to your web designer.
