How to Search and Filter the Waitlist Applications

When using Xap, you have the option to customise your search results to find exactly what you want! Searching, filtering or refining can help you get a quick overview of the data you wish to view for a specific purpose. For an example, if you want to see all the waiting list applications that have a sibling. Find out more below!

Step 1: Select the waiting list icon from the main menu.

Step 2: From the waiting list or the pending enrolments tab, You have the option to search/filter by:

**Search by Keyword **: You can use this search filter to search by a keyword such as a child's name, family name and more!

**Search by Status: **Use this search filter to refine by Status such as Active, Archived or Draft.

Heading Filter: Certain headings have their own refine tool. Select the heading if you wish to arrange in alphabetical order from A-Z or from Z-A. The headings you are able to refine are Child, Guardian and Status.

Filter Tool: Use the Filter Tool to refine by a specific set of rules.
