Lead CRM - Guardian Booking a Tour


This article will assist you with the process for a Guardian to book a Tour for your Service.


The Lead CRM will allow you to manage Tours and Booking enquiries for new Families for Scale and Enterprise Clients.


Guardian process


The Guardian will be able to access your Enquiry form via your Website or Social Media platform.




  1. Centre selection.
If your Tours have been generated for the Provider the Guardian will be able to select their preferred Centre, or if set to Centre level the Guardian will only have 1 Service to select from.
  1. Add in their Guardian Information
  2. Add in their Child Information
  3. Date of Birth of the child or expected due date
  4. Other information regarding booking request


  1. When they are looking at commencing care
  2. Days of Interest for care
  3. Would they like to book a Tour
  4. Date to book the Tour for
  5. Time to book in the Tour for
  6. How did the Guardian hear about the Service
  7. Submit the Enquiry



The Service will receive a new Waitlist enquiry and Tour Booking email.
