Lead CRM - Leads Screen Report


This article will assist you with viewing the report to display all the information on the Waiting List Screen for the Lead CRM statuses.


Overview


If you are Service is using the full Lead CRM process including Tours and Leads, you are able to report on this via the Waiting List screen.

The report will display all information regarding current Leads and their statuses.


Building the Report


To build the Lead CRM report:


  1. Select the Waiting List Screen using the left hand menu
  2. Select the Leads Tab


  1. Select Bulk Action
  2. Select Export to Excel

Note: Filters can be used prior to exporting the report, you can also pre-select Leads by ticking the boxes.



The report will display:


  1. Date and Time the report was built
  2. Guardian Name
  3. Guardian Mobile Number
  4. Landline if it has been added
  5. Guardian Email address
  6. Child name
  7. Child Date of Birth
  8. Requested Care Start Date
  9. Care Start Day (this will automatically default to Monday)
  10. Requested Days of Care
  11. Tour Status
  12. Tour Date if it has been booked
  13. Current Status of Lead
  14. Any applied Tags eg. Flexibility on bookings
  15. Centre name for the Lead
