Lead CRM - Manually Creating a Lead
As a Service, you may have families who contact you directly to enquire about care for their child, this may be via:
- Phone
- Dropping into the service
- Social media marketing
Manually creating a Lead
To create a lead directly into Xap, from within your Waitlist & Tours screen select the green + add button.
Note: Leads can also be imported into Xap see: Lead CRM - Importing Leads or Importing & Managing Leads video
- Select New or Existing Family
- Add in Guardian Contact details (note the mandatory fields with the *)
- Add in the Child details and other information if applicable

- Add in the booking request information
- Select Yes or No to creating a Tour or sending a request to the Families to book a Tour
- Marketing details can be added in as required
- Select Save

Email Templates
Send Enrolment Confirmation email template
- Select to view and confirm enrolment information.

- The Guardian will be prompted to verify their details with their mobile number to manage the changes.

- Then directed to the Lead enquiry page to complete the missing mandatory fields.

Request Guardian to book a Tour email
- Click to manage their booking enquiry.

- Manage their details or book a tour
