Lead CRM - Next Contact Dates


This article will assist you with managing Leads, Waitlists and Pending Enrolments by Next Action Dates.


Overview


The Leads and Waitlist screen allows you to manage new Enquiries, Waitlist applications and Completed Enrolment Statuses.


The Next Action Date can be added and filtered on via:


  • Leads/Enquiries Screen
  • Waiting List Screen
  • Pending Enrolments Screen


Adding a next Contact Date - Leads Screen Individual Enquiry


A Next Contact Date can be added to an individual Enquiry by:


  1. Select the Waitlist & Tours Screen
  2. Select the Leads screen
  3. Select the 3dot menu for the Lead/Enquiry, you would like to manage
  4. Select Set next contact date from the drop-down menu


  1. Set the required Next Contact Date
  2. Select Save



The Next Contact Date will display on the enquiry.



Adding a next Contact Date - Leads Screen Bulk Contact Date


A Next Contact Date can be added to more than one Enquiry via the Leads screen by:


  1. Select the required Leads/Enquiries
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Set Next Contact Date from the drop-down menu



  1. Set the required next action date for the selected enquiries
  2. Select Save



Filtering Next Contact Dates via the Leads Screen


To filter on Next Contact Dates:

  1. Select the Filter icon



  1. Next Contact Date From - Select the required Contact start date
  2. Next Contact Date To - Select the required Contact date up until
  3. Select Update Search



Adding a next Contact Date -Waiting List Screen Individual Enquiry


Note: Next Contact Dates will carry across from Leads to Waiting Lists to Pending Enrolments, however they can also be updated on the individual screens as the enquiry progresses.


Similar to the Leads screen, next contact dates can also be applied via the Waitlist Screen.


Within the Waitlist & Tours Screen:


  1. Select the Waiting List screen
  2. Select the 3 dot menu for the Lead/Enquiry, you would like to manage
  3. Select Set next contact date from the drop-down menu



  1. Set the required Next Contact Date
  2. Select Save


The Next Contact Date will display.



Adding a next Contact Date - Waiting List Screen Bulk Contact Date


A Next Contact Date can be added to more than one Enquiry via the Leads screen by:


  1. Select the required Waitlists
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Set Next Contact Date from the drop-down menu



  1. Set the required next contact date for the selected enquiries
  2. Select Save



Filtering Next Contact Dates via the Waiting Lists Screen


To filter on Next Contact Dates:


  1. Select the Filter icon



  1. Next Contact Date From - Select the required Contact start date
  2. Next Contact Date To - Select the required Contact date up until
  3. Select Update Search



Adding a next Contact Date - Pending Enrolments Screen Individual Enquiry


Note: Next Contact Dates will carry across from Leads to Waitlist to Pending Enrolments, however they can also be updated on the individual screens as the enquiry progresses.


Similar to the Leads & Waiting List screens, a next contact dates can also be applied via the Pending Enrolments screen.


Within the Waitlist & Tours Screen:


  1. Select the Pending Enrolments screen
  2. Select the 3 dot menu for the Lead/Enquiry, you would like to manage
  3. Select Set next contact date from the drop-down menu




  1. Set the required Next Contact Date
  2. Select Save



The Next Contact Date will display.




Filtering Next Contact Dates via the Pending Enrolments Screen


To filter on Next Contact Dates:


  1. Select the Filter icon



  1. Next Contact Date From - Select the required Contact start date
  2. Next Contact Date To - Select the required Contact date up until
  3. Select Update Search
