Lead CRM - User Permissions


This article will assist you with the process of managing User Permissions for the Lead CRM for your Service.


The Lead CRM will allow you to manage Tours and Booking enquiries for new Families for Scale and Enterprise Clients.


User Permissions


To view the User access to the Lead CRM screens.

  1. Select the Settings screen from the left hand side menu
  2. Within the Settings screen select the option of Manage Roles


The 3 default User Roles Organisation Admin, Provider Admin and Centre Admin automatically have all permissions selected.If you would like a User to have access to the Lead CRM screens they will need to be connected to one of these groups



  1. Select the 3 Dots to the right hand side of the Role Group
  2. Select View


  1. Scrolling down within the permissions and the option of Tour Setting will be selected
