Guardian Portal - Adding a new Guardian
This article will assist you with adding and managing Guardians for your Family.
Guardians vs Nominees
There are 2 permission or authorisation levels for contact people for your Family.

Adding a new Guardian
To add a new Guardian via the Portal for Guardians:
- Log into the Portal for Guardians
- Select the Family Summary tab from the left hand menu

- Select the green + button

- Add in the details for the new Guardian including any mandatory fields

- Set Guardians required Authorisations, including for Drop-off/pickup authority, manage Kiosk code as required
- Select Save

Additional Guardian permissions
If the Guardian is going to have further permissions/restrictions on what they can action via the Guardian portal, this can be managed via the Payment Account section.
- Select the 3 dot icon next to the payment account
- Select Edit from the drop-down menu

Scroll down to Other Details
- Restrict below guardian(s) from accessing information of this payment account - Tick if you would like to restrict a particular Guardian from this access, select the name/s
- Restrict the below guardian(s) from making bookings using this payment account. - Tick if you would like to restrict the guardian/s from managing bookings for the child/ren.
- Select Save
Guardian will still be able to access the Portal for Guardians, but have restricted access and permissions.
