Improvements

1. Optimized the invoice generation process by processing charge records and audit records associated with these charge records in separate queues.
2. Optimized invoice generation process by including a link to the invoice in the invoice email to the parents, rather than attach a PDF.

Issues Resolved

• Resolved an issue where the system generated a TimeOfDay component is not zero. error when offering or confirming places on a Waitlist when the users Timezone was set to a region with daylight savings.
