Release Information

Features

  1. New and Improved Single Sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID to any of several related, yet independent, software systems.
  1. Gap (Staff) Discount
Users can now apply a discount on gap for staff as per service policy. Help Page - Staff GAP Fee Discounts


Improvements

  1. GST is now displayed on Invoices.
  2. CustomerID has been added to the Aged Debtors Listing screen.
  3. Waitlist records require a valid mobile number to be provided in order to be created successfully.
  4. After this release, CCS will be estimated and settled to 2 decimal places on statements.
  5. Improvements have been made to the Staff Portal mobile responsiveness.
  6. Tour Booking calendar invites are now sent to the nominated Centre email address when tours are booked.
  7. Numerous infrastructure and performance related improvements.
  8. Added an 'Electronically Signed' label to the DDR form.


Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue where duplicate banking deposits were created.
  • Resolved an issue when viewing the Banking Deposits screen, where clicking on the next page of items showed the same items displayed from page 1.
  • Resolved an issue where the formatting of the Places Offered Email notification incorrectly showed the days offered.
  • DDR form was incorrectly showing the 'ModifiedOn' date, not date of consent, when minor changes were made.
  • Corrected a scenario where users received a Direct Debit Receipt email notification even though the template was disabled.
  • Resolved an issue where the Declined Payment email notification was not sent to Guardians as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where sending Kiosk Codes in bulk resulted in a Brower Out of Memory error.
  • Xap/SPM Terms and Conditions are now mandatory and cannot be hidden on the enrolment form.
  • Resolved an error some users received when attempting to download an enrolment form.
  • The tick box in the enrolment form did not display a tick in either the Yes or No box for Asthma Risk Minimisation Plan when populated.
  • Regardless of which options were selected for a child's School Details, the field "Is the child currently attending school?" always showed as unpopulated when the enrolment form was downloaded.
  • Corrected a scenario where the Manage Families screen did not correctly filter results by room.
  • Resolved an issue where the Kindy child list did not respect the minimum age setting.
  • Resolved an issue where certain nominees were unable to sign children in or out via the Kiosk.
  • Corrected an issue with the kiosk app sign in and out screen displaying the profile pictures incorrectly for children on the same family.
  • Corrected an issue where changing a user to a custom role could leave them as a admin contact for a centre.
  • Corrected an issue where the Transaction By Lock Period Report Balance at End of Month* not same as **Opening Balance of Next Month
  • Resolved an issue where viewing a statement would produce an Object Reference Not Set to Instance of an Object error.
  • Resolved several user role issues preventing users from logging in.
  • Resolved an issue where staff users were unable to confirm places for a waitlist due to an Object Reference error.
  • Resolved an issue where the System returned incorrect results when filtering by "Card" on the payments listing screen.


Connect App Improvements

  • Introduced changes to enforce Single Sign-on via the Connect App/SPM Kiosk when SSO is enabled for the organisation.
