Features

QLD Kindy Changes

In our latest update, you can now enter your API credentials (Application key and secret) and Kindy reference numbers into Xap. This guide will show you how simple it is to do - QLD Kindergarten Funding - Registering for QGrants API access

Kindy Program Improvements

Multiple overlapping teachers can now be added to a Kindy Program.
Added a Max Age for Kindy Programs to enhance the existing Min Age functionality.
Introduced a Teacher Qualification dropdown when adding teachers to Kindy Programs.

Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue where Guardians were not able to update the Payment Account by assigning a new Payment Method.
Resolved an issue where Organisation Admins were unable to view all the centres from the switch centre dropdown.
Resolved an issue where users were unable to create a 12 hour session when the start time was not in half hour increments.
Resolved an issue where users would receive the error Same email address is already used by other guardian when creating a new payment account.
Corrected an issue where it was not possible to assign a Term Based Session to a Kindy Program.
