Features
NSW Digital Hub Readiness – Additional Enrolment Information Collection |

NSW services can now enable additional enrolment questions designed to support upcoming NSW Digital Hub reporting requirements. |
New questions can be enabled through Enrolment Form Settings, allowing services to begin collecting additional information from families when they are ready. |
The new questions support the collection of demographic, cultural background, disability, consent and kindergarten funding information required for future NSW Digital Hub reporting. |
All new questions are disabled by default and can be enabled individually by services when they are ready to begin collecting information. |
Important Information for NSW Services
Sessional Kindergarten Services
- This release is primarily focused on helping NSW Sessional Kindergarten services prepare for NSW Digital Hub reporting.
- Services can now begin collecting additional information from families through enrolment forms.
- All new questions are disabled by default and can be enabled when your service is ready.
- A dedicated NSW Digital Hub reporting solution will be released in an upcoming update, allowing services to review, validate and report on the information that will be shared with the NSW Digital Hub.
- NSW Sessional Kindergarten services should contact Xap Support when they are ready to enable NSW Digital Hub integration.
Long Day Care (LDC) Services
- NSW Long Day Care services may also choose to enable these questions and begin collecting information now.
- This provides an opportunity to improve data quality and readiness ahead of future NSW Digital Hub integration availability for these service types.
- Additional reporting and integration functionality for LDC and CBC services will be communicated in a future release.

- NSW Digital Hub Readiness
- Added new enrolment form settings that allow NSW Digital Hub questions to be enabled independently from existing enrolment questions.
- Enhanced enrolment forms, waitlist applications and family records to support future NSW Digital Hub reporting requirements.
- Added state-based visibility controls, ensuring relevant questions are displayed based on service location and configuration.
- Expanded data collection capabilities to support future NSW Digital Hub integration and reporting.
Improvements
- View Enrolment from Enrolments List
- Staff can now view enrolment details directly from the Enrolments listing screen.
- Previously, users were required to navigate to the Enrolments tab within the Family Summary screen to review enrolment information.
- A new View action has been added to each enrolment record, allowing enrolment details to be opened directly from the list.
- Enrolment information is displayed in a side panel, reducing navigation and improving workflow efficiency.
- Existing user permissions continue to apply.
Resolved Issues
- Resolved an issue where centre names with longer text could overlap with the centre logo when generating Attendance Sheets.
- Resolved an issue where Attendance Sheets could be downloaded even when no bookings existed for the selected period.
