New Features
Introducing Lead Imports!Targeted towards Sessional Kindergarten customers and their use cases, users can now import leads based on a set template. This is slice one of the feature and an upcoming release will allow users to convert leads straight to families!
- The ability to import Leads via a Template (Lead CRM - Importing Leads)
- Improved Lead status modal (✔️)
- Option to request the guardian to Book a Tour
- Option to "Select Program" when converting Lead to Family
- Mobile number made default contact number
- Option to send Enrolment Confirmation to Leads (new template)

Resolved Issues
- When an existing session's fee is updated or when a session is archived and replaced with a new one, bookings linked to those sessions are expected to reflect the updated fee details. However, in some scenarios the system failed to consistently apply these updates across all bookings. This has been resolved.
- ModifiedBy ModifiedById ModifiedOn values were not updated after updating Session Name in Bookings.
- System didn't display the correct Absence Fee when editing a session.
- System didn't update the Session Name in Bus Route, Kindy Program and Child Kindy Plan when the session name was updated.
- Child details displayed 'null' in Leads where there was a missing "Last Name" on the card and listing views.
- When creating a Lead, when users selected Existing family then clicked on New Family the user was not able to add data for the new Guardian.
- Guardian details were incorrectly marked as completed in the waitlist application when updating guardian details from the Family Summary.
- System didn't reassess the waitlist progress percentage based on required fields when the record progressed to the pending enrolment tab.
