Resolved Issues

• Next button not visible in mobile browsers during observation flow

Resolved an issue where the Next button was not displayed when accessing observations via mobile browsers. This prevented users from progressing through the workflow. The issue has been corrected to ensure proper navigation on all devices.

• Observation downloads restored

Resolved an issue that prevented users from downloading observation entries. File downloads now function as expected.

• Corrected display of “Modified By” in Custom Schedules

Resolved an issue where the "Modified By" and timestamp fields were missing in custom schedules. These details now appear correctly for users.

• Goal selection limit expanded

Resolved an issue where users could only select up to 20 children when setting goals. The limit has been increased to support broader use cases.

• Error message during goal selection removed

Resolved an issue where an error was incorrectly shown when adding goals. The system now handles goal selections more reliably.

• Pagination corrected for goal selection UI

Resolved an issue where only the first 25 children were shown when selecting goals. The full list of children now loads as expected.

• Default filters removed from goal selection screen

Resolved an issue where filters were applied by default when opening the Select Children screen for goals. Filters now require user input before applying.

• Improved validation when adding goals without child selection

Resolved an issue where the system displayed an error even if the user had not yet attempted to select a child. Validation now aligns with expected behaviour.
