Features

Introducing Xap Analytics, our new and improved reporting platform!

Xap Analytics (Beta) has been released. This is part of Phase 1 (Like for Like) of our project to enhance the reporting experience in Xap. Phase 1 is focussed on replacing all existing reports and moving them to our new reporting platform - Xap Analytics.

Only a handful of reports will be available to start with, however over the new few weeks, more and more reports will be made available, so please keep checking in to see if your favourite report has been migrated!

Early next year we look forward to sharing the exciting plans we have for Xap Analytics with you.

Improvements

Made a number of improvements to way the system handles bookings when users archive sessions and use the option assign new ones.
QLD Government Free Kindy Transaction Category

Added a new system transaction for QLD Free Kindy in preparation for the changes coming in early 2024. This transaction will be available by default for QLD centres.

CCS Fee Reduction Directive Transaction Category

A new system transaction for the new CCS process around making a Directive to not pass on Fee Reduction amount has been added. This transaction will be archived by default and users can unarchive the transaction if CCS make a directive that impacts their service. A new report will be developed and made available in the new year.

Invoice Data delivered to Snowflake.

Connect App

Added a new Under Maintenance screen.

Smile App

Resolved an error that Parents would receive when attempting to make an adhoc Mastercard transaction via PayNow.
Resolved an error that Parents would receive when creating bookings with a session starting in the future.
Corrected an issue where users could not browse back from the Payment Account screen.
