Release Information

Features

  1. Users can now define custom aged debtor periods for reporting purposes.


Improvements


  1. When creating an ACCS Certificate or Determination, the system will now allow the user to override the response from CCSS and create either a Certificate or Determination.
  2. Improved the Family Summary screen -
  • Users can view the family name and centre name in the family summary
  • Users can edit the family name from the family summary
  • Users can access a different family summary


  1. Users can now keyword search leads and waitlist based on:
  • Guardian Name
  • Guardian Email
  • Guardian Mobile
  • Child Name


  1. Users can now see the Enrolment Status Reason when viewing enrolment details.
  2. Users can now filter the leads based on state of the centre.
  3. Improved performance when viewing Tags from the Centre, Family and Waitlist services.


Issues Resolved

  • Corrected an issue where Guardians without access to Payment Account details were CC'd in on email notifications relating to finance.
  • Corrected an issue where payments were scheduled for Payment accounts that were set to Direct to Centre as the billing method.
  • Corrected an issue where the State name was incorrectly removed from Guardian records when Guardians updated their information.
  • Corrected an issue where the Pending Declaration Notification email template was not used.
  • Corrected an issue where Payments were created and processed under an incorrect payment method.
  • Corrected a scenario where the system did not correctly vary a session report if the user had queried the session report from CCS after the initial vary.
  • Corrected an issue where the order of questions in the downloaded enrolment form did not match the configured order.
  • Corrected an issue where the preferred transaction day was ignored when set to the same day as the invoice day.
  • Resolved an issue where an error was received for IS Case Claims when no CCSS enrolment record exists.
  • Corrected an issue where the system removed billing information incorrectly.
  • Resolved an issue where users could not upload additional evidence to Determinations.
  • Resolved an issue where the expiry notification email for ACCS Certificates and Determinations was triggered for Rejected ACCS Certificates and Determinations.
  • Corrected an issue where an ACCS Determination could not be created due to the system using the incorrect dates when considering whether the requisite Certificate exists in the prior 12 month period.
  • The system previously required an Exceptional Circumstance reason when backdating Certificates 28 days. This has been changed so that it is only required when backdating greater than 28 days.
  • Corrected an issue where confirming certain enrolments generated an Object Reference error.
  • Corrected an issue where editing a child record would remove Medication Expiry dates.
