Features

1. Multi-Payment Schedules

3. Enrolment Listing Screen

4. Users now have the ability to resend invoice emails, individually or in bulk, from the Invoice Listing screen using the system invoice email template.
5. Up to 5 notes added to the Family Summary screen can now be marked as Important and will be shown at the top of the Family Summary screen.
6. To improve time to task and performance, users will now be prompted with a menu when opening certain records and will be redirected to the required page.

Improvements

1. Attendances, Session Reports and Session Subsidy information will now be shown on the Family Summary Screen.
2. A new 'Next Contact Date' has been added to the Leads, Waitlist and Pending Enrolments screen to facilitate better management of the waitlist process.
3. Bank details have been obfuscated in the Payments Account screen to enhance security.
4. Improved the Staff Portal mobile responsiveness in the Leads and Waitlist modules.
5. Included the option to Hide/Show children names when printing off the Program Plan by week PDF.
6. Users can now sort by Child Age on the rolls screen.
7. Child profile images will now be larger when hovering over in the Web Portal.
8. Next Invoice Data and Invoice Period is now visible when viewing the Billing Profile.
9. On the Families, Guardians and Children's screen, the Default filter will now show only Active records.
10. Several improvements to the Waitlist Screen

• Added Current Age field and filter
• Added Last Modified By/On fields
• Added sorting on Priority Score
• Added Service Name when viewing records for multiple services at once.

11. The system will automatically set the Sign In/Out time when recording a Sign In/Out for the current date.
12. Enabled Spell Checker in HTML Text Control.
13. Added a 'Show Archived' Family option to Guardian users to show/hide unused accounts when logging in.
14. Improved the filtering of records when clicking on a Push Notification relating to bookings.
15. Made several performance improvements to database queries.

Issues Resolved

• Corrected the count of records when bulk selecting.
• The Email to invite Guardians to setup payment information will now only be sent to Active families.
• Resolved an issue with the Children report returning duplicate records.
• Corrected an issue with the Family Summary screen not showing information due to incorrectly linked Guardian records.
• Resolved an issue where the system displayed all timestamps for scheduled payments as 10 AM.
• Corrected the 'Preferred Transaction Date' Filter on the accounts screen.
• Resolved an issue where a Program is still selectable by parents and staff on the waitlist even though the room linked to the program is archived.
• Corrected a discrepancy where the Authorisations on the Enrolment form differed from those shown on the Waitlist screen.
• Resolved an issue where users would receive an Object Reference error when attempting to send an email from the Waitlist and Family screen.
• Corrected a UI issue where a Locked Period would appear as open until the day after the Lock On date
