Improvements

Introducing Medication Requests & Incident Records - for the Xap Connect App

Until now users of the Medication and Incidents module have only been able to use it on the Xap Web Portal. This feature is now available in the Connect App! Please visit our Help Page - Medication & Incident Reporting for more information.

Introduced an Unposted Activity & Observation List in Xap Connect App to assist users in identify observations that require posting.
