Features

QLD Kindy Acquittals

In our latest release, QLD centres running an approved Kindergarten Program can now create Acquittals for submission to QGrants as a part of your quarterly process.

Improvements

Made several performance improvements for slow running queries.

Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue where new Determinations were overwriting existing Determinations dated for the same at risk period.
Resolved an issue where new Determination were overwriting existing Determination for siblings with the same date of birth.
Resolved an issue where users were unable to Unlock OA Enrolments for corrections in a prior FY.
Direct debit reminder for bank account holder and Direct debit reminder for credit card holder email templates are now available to edit in the user interface.
Resolved an issue where the system would occasionally provided a generic error when creating a family.
Corrected a scenario where the gap fee discount was not being recalculated after a CCS payment was amended.
Corrected the Gap Fee Payment report where the Centre and Provider dropdown was not populating.
Statement screen information for page 2 onwards was not aligning with column headers.
Corrected an issue where How did you hear about us & Preferred Days not carrying over when converting a lead to waitlist.
