Features

We are pleased to announce the next slice of our QLD Kindy Payments settlement.

In this release we have made the following improvements:

The Kindy Payments Scheduler that runs the day before Invoicing will now adjust Kindy Payments based on the Session Report Subsidy information. Previously, Kindy Payments were created/adjusted based on a child's entitlement.
Users will now have the ability to Settle Kindy Payments manually via the Forecast/Program/Child when viewing a Forecast. This includes the ability to settle payments in previous periods. see: QLD Kindy for All - Manually settling QLD Kindy payments
The Kindy Payment Scheduler will now adjust a child's kindy payments based on their most recent eligibility flag in the Forecast or Acquittal for the period.

I.e. If a child was flagged as KFS = N in the Forecast, but was updated to KFS = Y in the Acquittal or Acquittal Results, the system will identify this and back date payments. The same would apply for the opposite example.

Improvements

2025 Public Holidays have been added to the system.
Made several performance improvements to the Journeys module.
Resolved an issue where deleted duplicate Payment accounts were causing an error because of the email address being the same as the active payment account.
