Resolved Issues

• Journey learning items optimised for performance

Resolved an issue affecting the visibility and loading of learning categories, experiences, and outcomes in the Journeys module. This change improves performance and reliability when managing large volumes of programming and planning data across services.

• Waitlist progress now updates when adding a nominee

Resolved an issue where progress percentage did not update correctly when a nominee was added to a waitlist. The system now ensures waitlist progress reflects all nominee interactions.

• Guardian details now correctly update progress

Resolved an issue where changes to adult family member information did not trigger an update to the waitlist progress. These updates now properly contribute to the progress calculation.

• Waitlist progress now reflects all updates accurately

Resolved an issue where updates made from the admin side were not reflected in the guardian portal’s progress view. Waitlist progress now remains in sync across platforms.
