Resolved Issues

• Issues with child selection in Observations and Activities

Resolved an issue where users experienced difficulty selecting children when creating observations or activities. Enhancements ensure that child selections are retained and paginated correctly across services.

• Sorting support added for observation child lists

Resolved an issue where observation child lists were not ordered properly. Sorting logic has been implemented for improved consistency and usability.

• Selected child entries retained on the review screen

Resolved an issue where selected children were not showing up on the review screen during observation creation. Selections now persist as expected.

• Navigating pages no longer removes child selections

Resolved an issue where selected children were removed when navigating through pages. Selections now remain intact across pages.

• Review page now displays full selection across filters

Resolved an issue where the review page only displayed children selected from the initial search. All selected children are now shown regardless of the page or filter used.

• Improved stability in observation edit mode

Resolved an issue in edit mode where previously selected children were not retained properly. The system now correctly reloads and reflects all previous selections when editing an observation.

• Improved observation list performance and stability

Resolved a performance issue related to observation listings, especially when filtering across large datasets. Changes ensure a more stable and responsive experience.
