Improvements

Made the following changed to improve system performance:

• Centre images will be no longer be displayed in the access level dropdown.
• Logout button will now be on the page header.
• Some API calls will now be cached.

Issues Resolved

• The system was not removing existing bookings when editing an enrolment and updating the recurring booking patterns from a specific date.
