Features

Query Forecast/Result Improvements

In our latest release, centres that have to reprocess a Forecast/Acquittal due to an error, can now query the Forecast/Acquittal once deleted by QGrants and the System will set the status back to draft. Once back in Draft status, users can correct the Forecast/Acquittal and resubmit it.

Improvements

To cater for the upcoming Federal Government requirements from July 1 2023, that Gap Fee payments must now be paid via electronic means, users are now able to archive the cash transaction category to prevent users from taking cash payments.

As an additional improvement, the following transactions can also now be archived if not used at a service.

Bad Debt
Cash
Cheque
Direct Deposit
EftPos
NSW Government Fee Relief
Waiting List Registration Payment

Implemented several improvements to slow performing queries.

Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue where when a Tour calendar setup timeslot was changed, existing Tours were unable to be updated with the new timeslot.
Corrected an issue where there would be an outstanding age bracket balance despite full payment of Latest Invoice.
Corrected an issue where under a certain scenario, a Staff role could be updated and access incorrectly removed from the users profile record.
