Users will need to update the Connect App in order to make use of any functionality introduced in this release.

Improvements

  1. Kiosk Mode - Display sessions based on a time window not date
Based on customer feedback, the Kiosk will now only display sessions that are active or within an hour of them starting/finishing.
  1. Optimised performance when creating observations.


Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue with incident reports, where the time of contact was incorrect.
  • Resolved an issue with the Android version of the App, where observations were not able to be displayed in certain scenarios.
  • Resolved an issue with Headcounts, where they would not upload and would at times create duplicate records.
