Resolved Issues

• Waitlist declaration progress corrected when re-declaration is triggered

Resolved an issue where the declaration progress status was incorrectly marked as complete when re-declaration was triggered. The system now accurately resets the progress based on current requirements.

• Guardian and nominee progress flags updated accurately

Resolved an issue where progress flags for guardians and nominees were not updating correctly in certain waitlist scenarios. The system now maintains accurate progress tracking across both roles.
