This document contains the release notes for Xap.

New Features

1. Prior Period Adjustments

A new feature was introduced that calculates CCS Fees and Bookings adjustments for periods prior to starting with Xap. This allows users to apply a balance adjustment if required. Please read our Prior Period Adjustments Help Article for more information.

2. Weekly Revenue Report

A new Weekly Revenue report was created and is available from the Financial Reports section

3. Transaction Summary Report

A new Transaction Summary report was created and is available from the Financial Reports section

Improvements

1. User can enter guardian qualifications, education and work details regardless what was selected for the question "Is the guardian currently self-employed, studying or working?"

This was previously not possible.

2. Removed past date filters from the Billing and Payments > Accounts screen

Users can now search using 'Transaction To:' dates in the past.

3. Financial Transaction Report to include Transaction From Date
4. PDF integration and changes to the journey Modules

Users can now download Program Plans, Experiences and Observations in PDF format

5. Attachment for Resources and Summary in Program Plan

Users can now upload attachments for Resources and Program Plan Summaries

6. Lead CRM improvements

• Removed certain fields from the Tour Booking Form that were deemed unnecessary
• Look and Feel

7. Added the functionality to filter by Child Tags on the Bookings screen
8. Child Listing and Enrolment filters have been optimised to improve performance
9. Implemented new CCSS Account Management allowable values as per the CCSS Addendum
10. New Public Holidays added for 2021 and 2022 calendar years
11. When the Dashboard and Reports are loading, there is now a loading indicator
12. If a user would marked an attendance absent in error, the system would override the attendance sign in records. The system will now provide a message to the user advising that there is sign in/out information for the record.

Issues Resolved

1. The system will now round down the child's age in the Families screen, to align with similar functionality in other areas
2. Resolved an issue on the Attendances screen where grouping totals were calculated differently based on whether the group was collapsed or not
3. Resolved an issue where the name of person marking Absences was not being displayed in certain situations
4. Corrected a number of Enrolment form grammar and spelling errors
5. Resolved an issue where the Account Listing excel report would contain archived payment accounts even if the filter was excluding them
6. Corrected an error where Enrolment Late Submission Reason messages were being provided to users incorrectly
