Features

  1. Introducing our new Kindy Subsidy feature.
Managing State Funding / Kindy Subsidies


Xap is proud to present our Kindy Subsidy functionality. This is designed to help services manage Kindy Programs and the Subsidies attached to these programs.


  1. Bulk Add Manual Payments
Users can now add payments of the same amount for multiple accounts in bulk. Bulk Add Payments



Improvements

  1. Family Account Change Notifications


29 new email notifications have been added to notify users when account information changes.

These email templates are disabled by default, but can be enabled via the email templates setting page. How To Manage Email Templates


  1. Push Notification Enhancements


Additional push notifications have been added in the following sections for Staff and Guardians:

  • Family (Staff and Guardian)
  • Payment Account (Guardian Only)
  • Waitlist (Staff and Guardian)


These notifications can be managed in the Manage Notifications Screen


  1. Corrected multiple spelling and grammar errors in the enrolment form.
  2. In the Guardian Dashboard, the important stats section will now appear above the Quick Keys section.



  1. Mobile number is now mandatory for nominees with the Pick Up and Drop Off permission.
  2. Improved the performance of a number of system database queries.
  3. Improved the performance of the Enquiry Listing screen.
  4. Improved the performance of the Create Note API.


Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue where the system created Payment Accounts with Direct to Centre rather than one of the available methods when on the waitlist.
  • Resolved an issue where a user would have multiple tabs open and one tab becoming inactive would log the user out of all tabs. The expected behaviour is that all tabs need to be inactive for a certain amount of time before the system logs a user out.
  • Corrected an issue where users can't change their email if entered in error, when it conflicts with other user's email address.
  • Corrected a scenario where the system was validating against deleted nominee names in an Account when determining whether the nominee exists already.
  • Corrected an issue where the GetChildActivity API page pagination returned records more than once in different page requests.
  • Corrected an issue where the CCS summary amount was not showing in the Session Report detail screen.
  • Resolved an issue where the Waitlist sort on Child or Guardian didn't function as expected.
  • Corrected an issue where users could create a new Waitlist Guardian after the waitlist status was enrolled and the family is Active.
  • Resolved an issue where when Centre is archived, users with a custom role associated with the Centre were flagged Inactive.
  • Resolved an issue where the EOI Form URL ignored the waitlist settings list of centres and shows the full list of centres.
  • Corrected an issue where users were unable to enter a payment for more than 7 characters.


Smile App Improvements

  • Users can now access the Medication and Incident feature. This was previously only available via the Guardian Portal.
  • Users are now able to mark notifications as read.


Issues Resolved - Smile App

  • Corrected an issue where users were unable to create bookings for an extended period in the future.
  • Corrected an issue where if the Post Code was not found for service, an error was presented to the user unnecessarily.
