Features


  1. Introduced a Vacancy check when Guardians create casual bookings.


A new setting Restrict Guardians from requesting casual bookings if room capacity is reached has been introduced in the Bookings Configuration Screen > Casual Bookings setting screen.

If enabled, Guardians will be unable to make casual bookings for days on which the room capacity has been reached. that will allow service to restrict users from making casual bookings in rooms that have reached capacity.


  1. Introduced a new transaction called NSW Government Fee Relief for the NSW Strong Start / Kindergarten Program. A new report will be introduced in the New Year, that will report on this transaction type and provide data required for the NSW Government reporting purposes.


Improvements


  • Removed the Select All option from the Cultural Background, Languages Spoken and Activities fields in the Child and Guardian screens. Also capped the number of selections to 5 for performance reasons.



Issues Resolved


  • Resolved an issue where vacancies were not being automatically submitted to the CCS in certain scenarios.
  • Resolved an issue in the Waitlist module where creating a waitlist for an existing family would sometime result in an Object Reference error.
  • Resolved an issue in the Waitlist module where new waitlist records would sometimes not show in the UI.
