Introducing Room Closures and Daily Scheduled Capacities!

We are excited to announce the release of our latest improvements targeting OSHC services. Whilst Room Closures and Scheduled Capacities are useful across the board, they are particularly useful to OHSC and will allow you to plan and manage casual bookings more effectively. More information on how to manage this can be found here.

Issues Resolved

Corrected an issue where certain Kindergarten information from the enrolment form was not populating on the downloaded PDF.
Resolved an issue where bookings could not be added for a PEA enrolment when creating a second occurrence.
Resolved an issue where DHS was not accepting changes to enrolments due to the order they were being submitted.
Corrected a scenario where Guardians were able to bypass the mandatory file upload requirements by selecting a file greater than the system limit of 10 MB.
Resolved an issue where children with Asthma did not appear on the Health and Additional needs report.
Corrected an issue where a Nominee's Kiosk code would be updated when a new waitlist application is created during the re-enrolment process for the existing family.
Resolved an issue where the Enrolment filter '"CWA not signed" does not return the correct results.
