Setting up & Configuring the Waitlist Module for your Centre
Wait-list & Enrolment form settings can be configured either at organisation, provider or centre level. These settings include general settings, EOI/Enrolment form settings and notifications settings. Find out how to configure each form below!
Step 1: Click the settings icon from the menu bar

**Step 2: **Click on 'Wait list Configuration'.

**Step 3: ** From Enterprise access, first select the edit button to choose which level you would like to configure the waitlist from.

Step 4: Once you have chosen your configuration level, select Save
Note: This setting will determine your Enrolment form settings, see below for further information.Organisation Level
- 1 Enrolment form for all Centres under the Organisation
- 1 Waitlist Configuration setup and setting.
- 1 URL for Waitlist Enquiries for the Organisation
Provider Level
- 1 Enrolment form for all Centres under each Provider for your Organisation.
- Waitlist Configuration setup and setting per Provider for your Organisation.
- 1 URL for Waitlist Enquiries for each Provider
Centre Level
- An Individual Enrolment form for each Centre.
- Individual Waitlist Configuration setup and setting.
- Individual URL's for Waitlist Enquiries for each Centre.

Step 5: Click the edit button next to General Settings

Step 6: Fill out each relevant section for your setup.
General Settings
Depending on your Configuration level, this will change your setup as below:
Organisation Level Configuration
You can then set how the Families will enquire for your Organisation.
- Waitlist will be managed:
- Centrally at Organisation Level
This allows the Family to enquire for your Organisation and select 1 or more Centres for their enquiry.
- Locally at Individual Centre Level
This allows the Family to enquire for your Organisation and send through 1 enquiry Per Centre.

Provider Level Configuration
You can then set how the Families will enquire for Centres per Provider linked to your Organisation.
Waitlist will be managed:
- Centrally at Provider Level
This allows the Family to enquire for your Provider and select 1 or more Centres for their enquiry.
- Locally at Individual Centre Level
This allows the Family to enquire for your Provider and send through 1 enquiry Per Centre.

Centre Level Configuration
You can then set how the Families will enquire for Centres per Provider linked to your Organisation.
Waitlist will be managed:
This will default to the Centre name only.
This option will provide you with an individual URL per Centre to add onto your website.

Services available for applications
- Select the Centre/s you would like to be displayed on your website for Families to send through enquiries for.
- Select how many of your Services your Families can select per enquiry.

Complete the rest of your Waitlist Settings, then select Save
