Signing a Child in/out of Kiosk - Shared Care/Multi-Account

This article will assist you with signing your Child in/out of the Services Kiosk if you are a Guardian on your Account and a Nominee on a different Account.

Overview

Some Contacts may have differing Roles on an Account for the Service, for example:

Scenario 1

Your Child is under Care of Guardian 1 and Guardian 2, however you have your own Accounts at the Service and individual bookings that you are liable to pay the fees for.

You will be a Guardian on your Account and a Nominee on the other Account. The PIN number is the same in both of the Accounts.

Scenario 2

Your Child is under Care of Guardian 1 and Guardian 2, however you have your own Accounts at the Service and individual bookings that you are liable to pay the fees for.

You will be a Guardian on your Account and a Nominee on the other Account. The PIN number is the different in both of the Accounts.

Scenario 3

You are a Guardian on your own Account, however you pickup/drop-off your Friends children who also attend the same Service.

Scenario 1 - Kiosk sign in/out

In this example you are signing your Child in/out of your Account for the day using the same phone number and Kiosk PIN.

1. Sign in with your Mobile number

2. Add in your Kiosk PIN number

You will be directed to select the Account profile you are signing the child/ren in/out for.

In this example the Persons name is George Gomez and he is linked with the same mobile number and Pin number to 2 Accounts.

3. Once selecting the Family/Account name, you will be able to sign the child/ren in/out for this Family

Scenario 2 - Kiosk sign in/out

In this example you are signing your Child in/out of your Account for the day using the same phone number and different Kiosk PIN.

1. Sign in with your Mobile number

2. Add in your Kiosk PIN

3. You will be directed to sign in/out the child linked to the Account that matches your mobile number AND Kiosk PIN.

Scenario 3 - Kiosk sign in/out

In this example you are signing a child out that you are only a Nominee for, using the same phone number and existing Kiosk PIN.

1. Sign in with your Mobile number

2. Add in your Kiosk PIN

3. You will be directed to select the Account profile you are signing the child/ren in/out for.

In this example the Persons name is George Gomez and he is linked with the same mobile number and Pin number to 2 Accounts.
