This article will assist you with adding your Direct Debit Details in via the Smile APP.

Overview

To add in the Direct Debit Details via the WEB Portal.

Sign into the Smile APP
Select the 3 line menu icon
Select the Family icon

Select the option of Direct Debit Setup

Select the Payment Method from the drop-down menu

Adding Credit Card Details

Select Credit/Debit Card
Add in the Card Details
Select Save

Adding in Bank Account Details

Select Bank Account
Add in the Bank Account Details
Select Save

The saved Direct Debit details will be displayed and encrypted for privacy.
