Smile App for Guardians & Carers - Multi Centre Access

This article will assist you with logging in and managing the Smile App for Guardians & Carers, if your details are linked across multiple Services.

Overview

Access to the Smile App for Guardians & Carers and the Web Portal for Guardians & Carers, is not limited to one Service. If your Account and Email address are linked across multiple Services, you will be able to access your details using the same login.

This includes:

Multiple Services linked to the same Company/ Organisation
Multiple Services linked to different Companies/ Organisations

Ensure you have activated your account at both/ all services that your child attends before being able to access on your device.

Selecting a Service

Log into the Smile App

The Screen will display the Services your details are linked to.
Select the Service you would like to view the details for

Switching between Services

If you would like to switch between Services, once you are logged into the Smile App.

Select the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side
Select Switch Centre

Select the Service name you would like to view the details for
