Smile App - Viewing Sleep Records

This article will assist you with viewing Sleep Records for your child that have been logged by the Service.

Overview

You will receive a notification on your device with the Smile app installed, when the Service Staff have added a sleep start or end time for your child.

How to view your notifications.

From your device with the Smile app installed you will see a notification on the Smile app itself and on your device depending on device notification settings.

Viewing your child's sleep record

1. Log into the Smile app

2. From the Dashboard you can see all activity for your child.
3. Sleep information will be displayed. To view further details, click onto the sleep information.

4. The activity screen will display the total sleep time as well as the start time.

Your child's sleep information can also be accessed via the Notifications icon.
