SMS - Disabling SMS for a Centre

Managing SMS in Xap is quick and straightforward. To help you roll this out across your services, it’s important to note that only Organisation Admins can enable the SMS feature by default.

Once SMS has been enabled for the Organisation, you may choose to disable this function for a particular Centre.

Disabling SMS for a Centre

Select the Settings screen
Select SMS Configuration

Select the Centre name from the left-hand menu
Click onto the enable toggle button

Select Yes, Disable
