SMS - Email to Guardians Template

SMS - Email Template


Xap SMS will allow you to easily communicate with your families, when it matters.

SMS is still the quickest way to cut through and reach families. especially for time-sensitive updates.

Xap SMS gives you speed and peace of mind: every message is recorded against the family, and you stay in control.


When you enable SMS, you have the ability to send out an email advising them that SMS is now ready to go.

You may choose to customise this email template prior to this action taking place.


Actions:

  1. View the current default template
  2. Edit as required


Default Email Template




Note: No action is required from families unless they wish to opt any of their Guardians or Nominees out of receiving SMS messages. All Guardians & Nominees will be automatically opted IN for SMS.


Editing the Template


  1. Select Settings
  2. Within settings, select the SMS Configuration icon


  1. Select System Email Templates
  2. Select the To Guardians section
  3. Search on SMS - Email template name SMS Communication enabled to Guardian
  4. Select the 3-dot icon
  5. Select Edit from the drop-down menu


Note: Please do not remove or alter the wording in between any of the Dynamic Fields {{ }}. Select Edit from the drop-down
