Viewing the Eligible Kindy Program Children


This article will assist you with viewing the eligible children linked to a Kindy program at your Service.


Overview


The Kindy Subsidy screen for Children allows you to:

Under the Kindy Program Tab
  • Create and Manage Kindy Programs
  • Set Program Availability dates
  • Link the Kindy Subsidy to Rooms/ Days and Fees
  • Flag SEIFA Rating
  • Add in Teacher Details

Children Tab


  • Report on children who meet the Kindy Subsidy criteria
  • Apply Kindy Credits


Viewing the Eligible Kindy Program Children


Once the program has been created, you can view the children who meet the program setup criteria.

  1. Select the Bookings & Attendances screen from the left hand menu
  2. Select the Kindy Subsidy Tab



  1. Select the Children Tab



  1. Select the Kindy Program
  2. Select Search



The children linked to the selected Program will display.


Information displayed


  1. Child & Payment Account - Displays the Name of the child and the Payment Account holders name
  2. Program - Displays the name of the program the child is linked to
  3. Session - Displays the name of the Session/Fee the child is booked under
  4. Room - Displays the name of the Room the program is linked to & Child's booked days
  5. Date Range - Displays the dates of the child's bookings
  6. Booked Hours - Displays the amount of booked hours the child has attended linked to the program
  7. Tag(s) - Displays any Tag(s) linked to a child



Filtering the screen


Filters can be applied to display information that will assist with completing KIM or QLD Kindergarten reporting information.


  1. Select the Filter icon



Select the required Filters to refine your information.


  1. Search - Search on specific child/ren names
  2. Centre - Select Centre/s if you are in Enterprise view
  3. Program(s) - Select particular programs, if more than 1 has been created
  4. From Date - Select the beginning date to view booked children for
  5. To Date - Select the end date to view booked children up until
  6. Room - Select Room/s if the program is run over multiple rooms
  7. Session - Select the Session/Fees to view booked Kindergarten children
  8. Days - Select particular day/s to view booked Kindergarten children
  9. Tags - include - Select Tag's to include booked Kindergarten children eg. Health Care Card, KFS+, FTB, ATSI etc.
  10. Tags - exclude - Select Tag's to exclude booked Kindergarten children eg. Health Care Card, KFS+, FTB, ATSI etc.
  11. Total Booked Hours - Add in Min/Max hours for booked Kindergarten Children
  12. Update Search - Select to apply the selected filters.
