Updating CCSS Personnel Details


As a Service Provider, you may need to edit or update the details for existing personnel records within your centre.

This may include:


Note: If the Personnel record was created in PRODA or submitted via a different software and queried into Xap, you will need to end or edit the record via PRODA or re-upload all the relevant attachments.



Step 1: Select the CCSS icon from the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Select the Personnel icon.



Scenario 1: Editing Details - WWCC details


In this scenario we will be updating WWCC information.

  1. Select the 3-dot icon to the right-hand side of a personal's record
  2. Select Edit



  1. Select the section to update e.g WWCC Card Details
  2. Add in the new expiry
  3. Select Submit to CCSS
  4. Upload copy of new Document, see Scenario 2


Note: If the details are the same for: card number/issuing state, update the expiry only. If the card/issuing state are different (person has moved interstate and has reapplied for the WWCC) then add new WWCC card.



Scenario 2: Uploading supporting documents

  1. Select the 3-dot icon to the right-hand side of a personal's record
  2. Select Upload Supporting Documents

  1. Select the Document Type to update
  2. Upload the new document
  3. Select Submit to CCSS
