Updating CCSS Personnel Details
Updating CCSS Personnel Details
As a Service Provider, you may need to edit or update the details for existing personnel records within your centre.
This may include:
- Ending records
- Updating Expired details or adding new details e.g. WWCC
- Uploading further supporting documents
- Change of operational responsibility etc.
Step 1: Select the CCSS icon from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Select the Personnel icon.

Scenario 1: Editing Details - WWCC details
In this scenario we will be updating WWCC information.
- Select the 3-dot icon to the right-hand side of a personal's record
- Select Edit

- Select the section to update e.g WWCC Card Details
- Add in the new expiry
- Select Submit to CCSS
- Upload copy of new Document, see Scenario 2

Scenario 2: Uploading supporting documents
- Select the 3-dot icon to the right-hand side of a personal's record
- Select Upload Supporting Documents

- Select the Document Type to update
- Upload the new document
- Select Submit to CCSS

Scenario 3: Change of operational responsibility
