Viewing your Families Payment History


The Payments tab on the Family Summary page allows you to view all unsuccessful payment attempts (successful payments coming soon) for your family in one convenient screen.

This provides clear visibility of failed transactions, helping you easily track payment activity and follow up on outstanding amounts efficiently.


Viewing your Payments


  1. Select the Families screen icon from the left-hand menu
  2. Select Payments & Billing tab at the top
  3. Select the Payments Tab

Note: Payments with a pending status with a transaction date of today or in the past may display on the declined transactions screen. This is because pending means it hasn't been submitted to Paychoice. Same day transaction will move to the Successful Payments screen once submitted to Paychoice, however if is for a prior date it will not be submitted. You can contact your service to delete this payment.


Transaction Types

Heading

Description

Direct Debit

Created by the service, generally as a part of an Invoice

Online Debit

Pay Now payment made by a Guardian on your Account via the Guardian app or portal


Statuses

Heading

Description

Pending

Payment date is in the past (unsuccessful, never sent) or for an upcoming date (yet to be sent to the payment provider for processing)

Declined

Payment provider has been unable to successfully process the payment e.g. Insufficient Funds (error reason will display in the message column)
