Activities Likes and Comments Explained

Similar to other social media platforms, guardians and educators can like and comment posts. Responding consistently and frequently can increase parents perception that you are active and engaging and value their feedback.

To see likes and comments:

Open your Xap Connect app or Xap web portal and login.
Click notifications at the top menu on the web portal or the notification icon on the Xap Connect app see any new likes or comments on the posts you have published on the children's timelines.
Click on the notification in the list to respond to it.

**Why you should have your push notification turned on. **

Turn on push notifications so you can quickly reply to or like or comments made by guardians. The more guardians interact with your post, the higher your parent engagement will be.

Navigate to your profile, tap the settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, tap push notification settings, and choose which push actions you want to be notified for.
