Creating a recurring fortnightly booking
Creating a recurring fortnightly booking
Recurring Bookings are designed for children who attend on a consistent schedule each week or fortnight.
This booking type allows you to set up regular, ongoing bookings in advance, reducing the need to enter the same bookings repeatedly and helping ensure attendance patterns are accurately maintained.
Fortnightly Bookings are useful to create when:
- The child attends different days over a 2-week period. eg.
- Week 1 - Mon, Tue, Wed
- Week 2 - Mon, Tue
- The Child is linked to 2 different Guardian/Carers eg: Shared Custody and they pay for 1 week each e.g.
- Guardian 1
Week 1 - Mon, Tue, Wed
Week 2 - No Attendances
- Guardian 2
Week 1 - No Attendances
Week 2 - Mon, Tue, Wed
Creating a Fortnightly Recurring Booking
