Delete a Booked Attendance (once off)


This article will assist you with the process of deleting (removing) a Child/ren off of the roll for a booked day.


Overview


Bookings may need to be deleted from the roll for a day/period for a child.

Note: Deleting Bookings is not a permanent change, this will only remove the child off of the roll for the selected day/s.


You may wish to delete an individual or group of bookings for a child for a number of reasons:


  • Swapping Days as a once of eg. Make up Day
  • Managing Public Holidays manually - deleting child/ren so no charges are applied for the day
  • Under an agreement with families for any other reason

Deleting a child off of the Roll


  1. Select the Bookings & Attendances screen.


  1. Select the Bookings Tab



  1. Search on the Child's name
  2. Search on the required From Date
  3. Search on the required To Date
  4. Select Search



Deleting Multiple Days


  1. If you are deleting multiple days, you can select the Bulk Select option or select the individual days.
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Delete



  1. Select Confirm



Deleting an Individual Day


  1. Select the 3 dot menu next to the day to be deleted
  2. Select Delete from the drop down menu



  1. Select Confirm
