Guardian Portal - Updating your Child's details

The Guardian portal allows you to update details for your child including:

Note: Changes can also be managed via your Smile app see: Smile app - updating your child's details

Health Details
Expired Documents or Medications
Address information etc.

To update this information:

Log into your Guardian portal via www.xap.rocks
Select the Family screen from the left-hand menu

Select the 3 dot menu next to your child's name
Select Edit from the drop-down menu

Select the Section to update the details for eg. Health & Immunisation
Add in the or updated details eg. new expiry dates, adding relevant attachments
Select Save

The service will receive a notification of the changes that have been made. Continue to manage any other changes for your family, eg. Managing Guardians or Nominees
